Wantogo is developed, owned, and operated by the developers and publishers of the App ("we," "us," "our," or "Licensor"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. By using Wantogo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Wantogo is a travel wishlist and trip itinerary planner designed to help you organize travel places, sync travel bookings, locate spots using maps, and interact with an AI Travel Companion.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure (via Email/Password or Google Sign-In). Account deletion is permanent and deletes all associated travel documents and trips.

3. User Content & Reviews

You retain ownership of any reviews, notes, or documents you upload. You grant the App a royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display your User Content to you for operating the App.

4. Location Services

The App utilizes GPS tracking on your mobile device to calculate walkability and proximity to saved spots. Accuracy is subject to hardware limitations and GPS signals.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Google Maps & Places: By using mapping, autocomplete, and search functions, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
AI (Gemini & Groq): AI travel companion features use Google Gemini and Groq APIs. Suggestions are generated "as-is".
Instagram: Imports via Instagram Reels are independent and have no affiliation with Instagram or Meta.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, visual assets, design templates, and marker icons are the property of the App publishers and developers.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESSS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ACCURACY OF BUSINESS DATA.

8. General Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, PUBLISHERS, OR OWNERS OF THE APP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.

A. Travel Disruption and Expense

The App is a supplementary planning tool. We are not liable for costs, fees, or penalties resulting from missed flights, trains, buses, booking cancellations, or emergency travel expenses incurred by relying on App information.

B. Travel Documents and Visas

You must possess valid travel documents. We are not liable for expired, invalid, missing, or rejected visas, passports, or border entry rejections.

C. AI Companion and OCR Inaccuracy

AI tips, suggested itineraries, price levels, or OCR document scans may be hallucinated, incomplete, or wrong. You must independently verify all AI outputs.

D. Closures and Navigation

We are not liable for closed businesses, wrong opening hours, incorrect map coordinates, or inaccurate transit routing.

E. Safety and Injury

You travel at your own risk. We are not liable for any physical harm, sickness, accidents, theft, crime, or death occurring while using or traveling to spots saved in the App.

F. Liability Cap

Our total combined liability for any claims under these terms is strictly capped at $0.00 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developers, publishers, and operators of the App from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India. Any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Guwahati under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
